How Paul Smith Earthmoving maximised site branding with Fence Fabric

We were recently approached by our valued client, Paul Smith Earthmoving, with a project at Timaru Showgrounds, aimed at achieving impactful site branding and advertising. Leveraging the exceptional capabilities of our superior Open Weave Fence Fabric, we empowered Paul Smith Earthmoving to prominently showcase their name and logo on their site, resulting in exceptional brand advertisement.

The Project

Paul Smith Earthmoving required a durable and visually appealing solution for their site branding needs. They provided us with artwork designed to include their company logo and slogan on a blue background. Our expert team at Jaybro worked closely with the customer, making necessary tweaks to the artwork before production.

Our Solution

To meet Paul Smith Earthmoving's requirements, we recommended our Open Weave Fence Fabric, measuring 1.8m x 50m. This printed fence fabric wrap offers several benefits for site branding purposes including:

  • Being fully compliant with all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
  • The open weave design also allows for high wind exposure, making it ideal for windy or coastal sites.
  • With a 50% block-out feature, the fabric allows wind passage without acting as a sail.

Quality and Safety Features

Our banner mesh is constructed using a thinly woven nylon core coated with a liquid state polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The PVC, which dries to form the mesh finish, offers fire resistance due to its high chlorine content. Additionally, fire retardant inhibitors are added to the PVC composition, further reducing the chances of flammability. While our Banner Mesh utilises a fire retardant, it does not carry a specified fire rating.

Installation and Durability

Our Open Weave Fence Fabric is designed for easy installation and long-lasting performance. It can be handled with ease and quickly installed using cable ties. The UV-treated polyester mesh ensures resistance against fading and degradation caused by sun exposure. The fabric is reinforced with strip welded/folded edge banding, adding durability and stability to the overall structure.

By collaborating with Jaybro and utilising our Open Weave Fence Fabric, Paul Smith Earthmoving successfully enhanced their site branding efforts at Timaru Showgrounds. Our high-quality printed fence fabric wrap not only showcased their company name and logo front and center but also provided a durable, compliant, and visually appealing solution for their site.
