Improved Boom Arm Attachment Design
The process of attaching the Boom Arm to the shaft has been improved
In the new design, the boom arm now slots itno the billet (connected to shaft) and is secured via latch
The boom atm can now be installed or removed vertically or horizontally
New design enables the seamless use of either 4m or 6m boom arm
Enhanced Unit Stability
The stability of the PORTABOOM unit has been greatly enhanced supported by the use of the optional 6m arm
The inclusion of levelling feet in the design means that the unit can be levelled on uneven ground
For greater stability in windy conditions the side stabilisers are designed to easily place and stack sand bags
Upgraded Mobility
Mobility is improved due to the overall reduction in overall dimensions and weight
All units (PB3000 & PB3000L) will come with All Terrain Wheels as standard
New Control Unit Features
The Access Panel is now accessed via hinged door to enable immediate access to internal items
The new additional ‘Electrical Panel’ located opposite from the control panel houses the 12v & 240v Charging and the connectors for traffic lights
Sensors and LED Boom Lights. This enables better protection to connectors and longevity rather than being exposed on the outside as per previous model which can easily be damaged
