The Portaboom Safety Sensor is required when using PORTABOOM accessories such as GSM Phone Access, Key Pad or Sensor Activation. This sensor ensures the boom does not lower when the safety lightbeam is broken. The Safety Sensor is mounted to the PORTABOOM® PB2000L Unit, with the reflector mounted to a bollard which is be placed opposite the Sensor. The reflector can be mounted up to 4 metres away.
