Customer Pickup Guidelines:
- Pickup available in Auckland and Christchurch, Monday to Friday.
- Please allow a minimum of one hour for order preparation.
- Pickup hours: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm.
- We aim to provide a seamless pickup experience.

Bulky items or items not stocked in Christchurch items may incur additional freight costs, if this applies to your order you will be contacted before your order is processed. Below are some products and instances when extra freight charges may apply.
- Plastic and concrete barriers
- Orders of large/heavy items in a bulk quantity
- Items with a steel or concrete construction
- Perimeter and crowd control fencing and fencing packages
- Items that are not considered a two-man lift
- Deliveries outside of our metro delivery radius
- Pits and Grates
SAME/NEXT DAY SHIPPING EXCEPTIONS
Whilst Jaybro aims to have stock of all item we sell onhand in every Jaybro location across New Zealand, there are occasions when this is not possible, for example, a custom made item that requires manufacture time or items that are inbound to Jaybro.
If you select same day or next day delivery and for whatever reason, your item cannot ship, you will be contacted by a Jaybro customer service team member.
Our 4 Hour Delivery service excludes heavy, bulky and custom items such as barriers, geosynthetics or custom printed mesh, as well as clothing and shoes. Order before 1pm delivery cut off time. Deliveries made between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
